Returns & Exchange

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Return

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return
2. We will confirm eligibility and share the return address
3. Ship the saree back using a trackable courier
4. Refund or exchange is processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item

Exchange

Want a different saree instead? We are happy to exchange for any item of equal or higher value. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order sarees
• Items with removed tags or signs of use
• Items returned after the 7-day window

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. UPI refunds are instant; bank transfers may take 5-7 business days.
